		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re equating growth of any kind to destroying the environment and you can&#039;t have one without the other.  We&#039;ll just have to disagree on that point.  I do agree that growth for growth&#039;s sake is just plain &quot;dumb&quot; (your words); however, the population is increasing.  To ignore that fact is also just plain &quot;dumb&quot;.  We must learn to manage growth better by using &quot;best&quot; practices - - - not &quot;no&quot; practices.]]></description>
